About the Author
Jill Englebright Fox is a professor of early childhood education and the Director of Assessment at the University of Houston-�Victoria. After teaching kindergarten and first grade in the Texas public schools for eight years, she received her Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education from the University of North Texas. She continues to be active in early childhood classrooms as a volunteer, a professional consultant, a researcher, and a teacher educator.

Robert Schirrmacher was an instructor with the San Jose/Evergreen Community College District. He received his Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Illinois. His experience includes teaching preschool, kindergarten, and first grade as well as teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels. He has assisted in Montessori schools and directed programs for young children. Dr. Schirrmacher has served as a consultant to parent groups and public and private early childhood programs. As an advocate for developmentally appropriate education and quality care for young children, he has been involved in professional organizations at the local, state, and national levels.

Nothing against this textbook but...

Tricked into buying this textbook when it clearly states that I can get a free seven day trial. When I clicked buy this item only once to see if it would add the option for the trial, it quickly made me pay without even a second confirmation. That's 130 dollars down the drain because Amazon tricked me. I am a prime member and I'm writing Amazon a letter and I'm cancelling my subscription, which I paid ridiculous $$ for as well. THIS IS SO UNFAIR NOW I CAN'T EVEN SELL MY TEXTBOOK BACK WHAT A RIP OFF.
NOTHING AGAINST THIS PRODUCT, ONLY THE SERVICE OFFERING IT.

Timothy Wyllie was born In England during World War 11 and trained as an architect. He practiced in London and the Bahamas before joining a religious community and traveling with it throughout Europe and the United States. In 1977, he left the community and started a small business in New York City marketing his invention of a photographic slide storage system to photographers, corporations and museums. By 1981 he was able to devote�himself�full time to a study of non-human spiritual intelligences of which he was made aware during a Near Death Experience in 1973. His books include Dolphins ETs & Angels (1984), Adventures Among Spiritual Intelligences (2002), and The Return of the Rebel Angels (published in 2011 by Inner Traditions/Bear & Co.). His cosmic creation myth The Helianx Proposition is published by the Daynal Institute Press in 2011), and he is currently co-authoring a seven-volume work: The Revelations of a Rebel Angel, which he hopes to complete before the end of the world.

A step-by-step guidebook to get in touch with your angels...

This book is a thorough guidebook for getting in touch with your personal angels. It's not an easy process, it takes work and dedication, but the benefits can be clearly felt and many. I always know when I've found a book that is valuable to me when I look back at it some years later and find lots of dog-eared pages, and that's certainly the case with my copy of this book.
As with the other reviewer(s), I strongly suggest you read through the entire book first to get an overview of the work to be done, and then go through the process piece by piece. This is not a quick and dirty thing you're trying, but a long and serious project. Don't approach it as anything but. However, once gone through, the benefits are real and substantial. Even if one didn't believe in angels, the grounding and releasing exercises would be of real benefit.
Bottom line, buy this book if you're willing to do the work on yourself to enable yourself to hear your angels.

This book truly opened my eyes and helped me begin my spiritual path. I also read through it first and then went back and slowly read it again and did the practices. It so enchanted me I tracked down the meditation tapes that go with it and have LOVED them.

It’s only very recently that issues concerning mental health have achieved greater prominence in society and we talk about such matters more today than we did.

In part this is due to the continued confusing legislation of the past and the lack of expertise by lawyers and medical advisers in print until now. Yes, we have the experts, and we do rely on expert evidence in some cases, but matters such as increases in dementia and the array of mental issues now emerging which confront society have always tended to be put away in a drawer in the hope that they will be forgotten.

Not anymore! As practitioners, we are asked to advise much more frequently on mental health issues from both sides of the table and in the different settings. It is clear that the trend will continue and so LAG’s “Mental Health Tribunal Handbook” is a most welcome new title, written by experts for the legal practitioner and with excellent background for the expert witness.

The Legal Action Group (LAG), the access to justice charity, is well known to all practitioners for the sterling work it does with the production of first class texts to assist professionals, advisers and the judiciary as we go about our daily tasks.

Counsel and solicitors would expect to see this new handbook regularly in the courts and tribunals together with all the other LAG titles because they are, by far, the easiest law books to read and they set out law and procedure clearly for all parties involved in these difficult proceedings.

Brooke LJ features heavily in the Preface for his prescient comments saying (nearly 15 years ago) that “in the fairly near future the demands made on skilled solicitors in this field are going to increase exponentially”.

We have now reached that point in 2015 so this new handbook is a most welcome addition to the practitioner’s library as a ‘must-have’ publication to cover this expanding field of law.

The three authors, Sarah Johnston, Sophy Miles and Dr Claire Royston, bring a tremendous depth of expertise to their subject. We are profoundly grateful to them for sharing the knowledge and experiences they have with us. The beauty and enduring success of the common law has always been its case law concept, and the sharing of ideas when confronted with similar factual situations, the often difficult interpretation of statutes and advice on the need for the smooth running of procedures.

And we get just this with LAG’s “Mental Health Tribunal Handbook” to enrich our own expertise in this “demanding, fascinating and rewarding area of practice”. Frankly, without this book, many of us would become lost quite quickly!

The book was published in March 2015 and reflects the legal position to this date.

This is a good book for the aspiring computer builder such as I. I am a beginner and this book was great. McRae does a good job in explaining different parts, why we build, and even alternatives to building such as buying a used computer from Ebay and basically "remodeling" that one to fit the demand of the 21st century computer. Bear in mind that this is just a few things of the book, I am very pleased. The book came from England fast to American soil where I live. Haynes is a good publisher of books, I actually own a Camaro and have a book on that car from this publisher so they publish a little of everything. The book was in great condition and cheap, I personally am happy with it.

Robert Quackenbush is the author / illustrator of more than 200 books for young readers. He has been awarded honors and prizes for his work, including a gold medal from the Holland Society of New York for distinction in art and literature. His art is in the permanent collections of the Whitney Museum and the Smithsonian Institution. It is also on display in the gallery / studio he owns and runs in New York City. My children loved this book: it was their favorite. I would highly recommend it as well as the other stories in the Henry the duck series by Robert Quackenbush.
